Kevin was raised to be an entrepreneur. Helping out at his parent’s successful kitchen and bathroom business as a youngster, Kevin learned valuable skills that any business owner needs: hard work, creative thinking, and a desire to give the best quality service to clients.
Throughout school, his strong artistic flair became more and more apparent, and upon completing his A levels, Kevin moved into tertiary education, completed an art foundation course through UWE, and moved on into a Bachelor of Arts (hons) in Graphic Design.
Aside from the commercial side of work, Kevin is a role model through the work of the Welsh Government ‘Big Ideas Wales’ project, inspiring, supporting and mentoring the next generation of entrepreneurs, working within schools, colleges and universities.
Outside of the office, Kevin has a passion for fitness, and can often be working up a sweat in the gym.
Born and raised in South Wales, Jen moved to Australia at the age of 20, where she successfully completed her Bachelor of Theology at Sydney University. Living in Australia for almost a decade and studying in an international college gave Jen a broad horizon and understanding of various people and cultures and challenges.
With a background in events marketing & customer relationship development, Jen brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. Mainly working in the not for profit sector, Jen looks at marketing and business development through the lens of company vision and is values driven. Having worked with a broad range of national and international organisations, Jen’s eye for detail and understanding of business branding and development has proven invaluable to That Media Group’s clients.
Jen is passionate about healthy living, and is a member of her local running club. She also loves to write, and her way with words inspires many. Jen enjoys travelling and learning new languages.
